Hiring: Senior Product Analyst – Workday (Payroll, Absence & Time) | Hyderabad

We’re looking for a Senior Product Analyst (Workday) to join our Global Capability Centre in Hyderabad — a growing hub of innovation supporting global HR, Data, and Technology operations.

This role will focus on Workday Payroll, Absence & Time (P, A & T) modules — leading the design, configuration, and enhancement of key HR technology solutions used across global teams. You’ll collaborate with People Technology and HR stakeholders worldwide to ensure seamless functionality, continuous improvement, and user satisfaction.

💼 Key Responsibilities

• Configure and optimize Workday Payroll, Absence & Time modules.
• Partner with global stakeholders to understand needs and deliver scalable solutions.
• Provide second-line technical support for Workday-related queries.
• Drive initiatives for continuous improvement and system innovation .
• Support new rollouts, integrations, and cross-functional projects.
• Act as a Workday subject matter expert for process design, configuration, and training.

🎯 Skills & Experience

• Strong hands-on experience in Workday configuration for Payroll, Absence & Time.
• Certification in Workday P, A & T preferred.
• Understanding of HR processes (joiner–mover–leaver cycle).
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Experience working in global HR or People Technology teams .
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
