We are seeking an experienced Product Analyst to drive requirement discovery, support product roadmap execution, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality digital solutions. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical capabilities, hands-on experience in Agile processes, and extensive exposure to requirement gathering, user story creation, testing support, and product delivery in the IT domain.
Key Responsibilities
Product Discovery & Requirement Analysis
- Lead end-to-end requirement gathering through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and data analysis.
- Translate business needs into clear, structured, and comprehensive requirement documents, BRDs, FRDs, and process flows.
- Conduct gap analysis, feasibility assessments, and risk identification for proposed features.
- Define acceptance criteria and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Agile Product Development & Backlog Management
- Support Product Owner in prioritizing and managing product backlogs.
- Convert requirements into well-defined user stories, epics, and tasks with detailed acceptance criteria.
- Participate and contribute actively to Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, QA, compliance, analytics, and business teams to ensure smooth execution.
Product Roadmap & Delivery
- Partner with stakeholders to define and manage the product roadmap, ensuring timely delivery of key milestones.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (business, product, design, technology, analytics, risk, legal, compliance, operations, servicing, and marketing) for feature prioritization and development.
- Support customer experimentation and A/B testing to evaluate the impact and adoption of new product features.
Testing, UAT & Quality Assurance
- Provide strong UAT support, including creation of UAT scenarios, test planning, and coordinating with business users.
- Verify test results, validate acceptance criteria, and ensure defects are tracked and resolved before release.
- Ensure smooth handover to delivery and QA teams with complete functional documentation and walkthroughs.
Stakeholder Communication & Documentation
- Clearly communicate product goals, progress updates, risks, and timelines to stakeholders at all levels.
- Prepare high-quality artefacts such as workflow diagrams, wireframes, release notes, impact assessments, and product documentation.
- Maintain strong relationships with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and transparency throughout the product lifecycle.
Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Analyst / Business Analyst / Product Owner in IT or digital product environments.
- Strong expertise in Agile methodologies, Scrum processes, and backlog management.
- Proven ability in user story creation, requirement documentation, and stakeholder management.
- Experience with UAT, QA coordination, test result verification, and supporting go-live activities.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Nice-to-Have
- Experience in customer experimentation, A/B testing, or data-driven decision-making.
- Exposure to regulatory, risk, or compliance-driven product environments.
- Prior experience working with global teams in a matrixed organizational structure.
