OBSS is looking for a Product Analyst to join our product teams and support the analysis, documentation, testing, and customer-facing activities of our software products. This role is well-suited for candidates who want to grow within product teams and gain hands-on experience across the full product lifecycle (from inception to operation and global support). You will work closely with Product, Development, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Support teams, contributing to product quality, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement.


Qualifications / Technical Skills

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in product analysis, business analysis, software analysis, or related roles
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field
  • Experience or strong interest in working within product teams
  • Ability to analyze products and features from both functional and end-user perspectives
  • Experience or hands-on involvement in requirements analysis, documentation, and testing
  • Familiarity with the Atlassian product family (e.g. Jira, Confluence, etc.) is a plus. Admin level experience is a major plus
  • Knowledge in at least one of SDLC, Agile, ITSM, Project Management processes and reporting is a plus
  • Strong written and spoken English skills is a must
  • Good communication and documentation skills
  • Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment


Responsibilities

  • Analyze software products from both business and user perspectives. Gather, analyze, and document product & customer requirements.
  • Prepare and maintain product documentation, including specifications and user guides
  • Build systematic work products, ensure traceability, avoid unnecessary & excessive documentation.
  • Participate in testing activities
  • Monitor new releases and support post-release activities
  • Respond to customer support requests (including support tickets, web community Q&A, and online meetings with global native/non-native English speaker customers)
  • Participate in customer demos, support calls, and product walkthroughs
  • Support Sales and Marketing activities such as content preparation, content review, demo support, video recordings, and customer meetings
  • Collaborate closely with product and development teams to ensure clear communication and alignment
