We’re looking for a Product Analyst who is passionate about solving real customer problems through insights, experimentation, and measurable impact.


About the Role

We are looking for a Product Analyst who will handle user/product issues using a data-driven approach. This role works closely with Business, Product, and Engineering teams and is not a ticket-closing support role.


Responsibilities

  • Investigate production/user issues using SQL and system data
  • Identify root causes (bug, data issue, or process gap)
  • Work with engineers to reproduce and resolve problems
  • Write Python scripts for data fixes and automation
  • Analyse logs/APIs and trace user journeys across systems
  • Identify recurring issues and recommend product improvements
  • Perform ad-hoc analysis for business/product problem statements
  • Create basic documentation and runbooks


Requirements

  • 2–5 years in Product Analyst/ Application Support / Product Support
  • Strong SQL (joins, aggregations, window functions)
  • Working knowledge of Python (scripting/pandas)
  • Analytical mindset and debugging ability
  • Familiarity with APIs, JIRA/Postman, and basic Linux
  • Retail/e-commerce/supply chain exposure is a plus
