Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and analytical Product Analyst who will act as the bridge between clients, operations, and the product team. This role is ideal for someone experienced in SaaS products, client interaction, and product support.

You will work closely with US-based clients during night shifts, ensuring seamless product adoption and issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging product demonstrations to clients
• Handle and resolve product-related queries and support tickets
• Coordinate with product, engineering, and operations teams to troubleshoot issues
• Gather client feedback and translate it into actionable product improvements
• Analyze usage data and support metrics to identify trends and opportunities
• Maintain clear documentation of issues, enhancements, and user stories
• Serve as the primary product knowledge resource for customers

Required Qualifications

• B.Tech in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
• 0–2 years of experience in Product Analyst / Client Support Analyst roles (SaaS preferred)
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Experience using CRM or ticketing tools such as Freshdesk, Zendesk, or HubSpot
• Ability to work onsite in Jaipur during night shifts

Preferred Skills

• Experience conducting product training or onboarding sessions
• Understanding of SaaS metrics (retention, churn, usage analytics)
• Strong attention to detail with a customer-first mindset
