Product Analyst/ Business Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Product Analyst to support product decision-making through data-driven insights, user behavior analysis, product testing, and performance tracking. The ideal candidate will work closely with Product Managers, Engineering, Quality Assurance, and business stakeholders to evaluate product performance, identify improvement opportunities, and ensure high-quality product releases.

This role plays a critical part in bridging data, users, and product teams to support product strategy, feature optimization, and business growth.

Job Location: Abbottabad-onsite

Shift Time: 3PM-12AM

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze product performance, user behavior, and customer feedback to generate actionable insights.
• Define, track, and report on key product metrics and KPIs.
• Conduct data analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Support Product Managers in evaluating feature performance and prioritizing enhancements.
• Develop reports and dashboards to monitor product health and business outcomes.
• Assist in market and competitor analysis to support product strategy.
• Execute daily product testing activities to ensure functionality, usability, and quality.
• Plan, coordinate, and perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new features and product releases.
• Document, track, and validate defects in collaboration with development teams.
• Verify that product enhancements meet business and user requirements before release.
• Support regression testing and release validation activities.
• Work closely with Product Managers, Developers, Designers, and business stakeholders.
• Gather and analyze user and business requirements.
• Provide recommendations based on data, testing results, and customer feedback.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across product development processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in , Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in Product Analysis, Data Analysis, Business Analysis, Quality Assurance, or a related role.

Desirable Skills:

• Experience supporting product management, software development, or digital products is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with data analysis, reporting, and dashboarding tools.
• Understanding of product metrics, KPIs, and user behavior analysis.
• Knowledge of User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect management, and software testing methodologies.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum product development environments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
