Role Overview
We are looking for a
Product Analyst Intern
who is curious, detail-oriented, and passionate about uncovering insights that drive product decisions. In this role, youâll work with both quantitative data (analytics, funnels, cohorts) and qualitative insights (user feedback, interviews, surveys) to build a deep understanding of user behavior and product performance.

Key Responsibilities

Quantitative Analysis

Track and analyze product metrics such as conversion, retention, and engagement.

Build dashboards and reports to monitor performance.

Design and evaluate A/B tests to measure the impact of product changes.

Qualitative Insights

Conduct user interviews and usability tests.

Review user feedback, support tickets, and call recordings to identify pain points.

Translate findings into actionable recommendations.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Partner with Product Managers to frame problems and validate hypotheses.

Collaborate with CX, Marketing, and Design teams to bring the âvoice of the userâ into product decisions.
What Weâre Looking For

Strong analytical skills with experience in SQL, Excel, and analytics tools (Mixpanel, GA, Amplitude, etc.).

Ability to combine numbers with narratives â telling stories through data and user insights.

Basic understanding of experimental design (A/B testing).

Excellent communication skills to simplify insights for teams and leadership.

Curiosity and hustle â willing to dive into data, user calls, and beyond dashboards.
Bonus Points

Experience in a startup or consumer app environment.

Exposure to BI/visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, Looker).

Scripting knowledge (Python/R) for deeper analysis.
