As a product analyst on our Condo product team, you'll drive research and analysis to advance the profitability and growth of our Condo product countrywide. You'll coordinate the execution of our latest condo product model and contribute to product initiatives that shape business results. In this role, you'll support product revision strategy, evaluate post-revision, and track key business metrics. Additionally, you'll deliver ad hoc analyses and research the competitive landscape to generate strategic insights for decision-making.

This is a remote position.

Must-have qualifications

• A minimum of six years of analytical work experience.
• {OR} Bachelor's degree or higher and a minimum of five years of analytical work experience.
• {OR} Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field of study and a minimum of three year analytical work experience.

Preferred skills

• Pricing, Product or Reserving Experience.
• Strong ability to pull data, analyze trends, and dig deep into data using SQL.
• Proven ability to develop predictive data and high proficiency in using data analysis reporting tools such as Tableau.
• Proven ability to take initiative, solve problems independently, and keep projects moving forward.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and influencing skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and stakeholders.

Compensation

• $81,400 - $131,200/year depending on position level and experience.
• Gainshare annual cash incentive payment up to 30% (depending on position level) of your eligible earnings based on company performance.
