Product Analyst - SPEED

Department: Digital Enterprise Platform, Digital & Technology Platform Services

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Product Analyst – SPEED , with significant skills in Supply Chain to join our team in Coca-Cola Hellenic Digital & Technology Platform Services (DTPS) and be part of our team. The ideal candidate aims to understand and analyse user and business needs and contextualize them within services or products provided by an organization. They must also command business analysis and business process improvement skills to investigate, analyse and articulate business problems and concepts, as well as opportunities for service improvement. The role is an essential part of agile working, with Product Analysts working closely with Testers, Product Managers and Developers to iteratively release working software.

YOUR NEW KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conduct in-depth market research to identify industry trends, customer preferences, and competitive dynamics, and analyze how these factors impact product strategy
• Gather and analyze data from various sources, including customer feedback and usage statistics, to understand user behavior and identify areas for product improvement and compile comprehensive reports and present findings and actionable insights to both product teams and senior management
• Collaborate with product managers to establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) that measure product success and inform future development
• Work closely with product management, design, and development teams to ensure that analytical insights are effectively integrated throughout the product development process
• Actively participate in agile team meetings, ensuring ongoing communication and collaboration with the wider team to align product development with user needs and business goals
• Facilitate user testing sessions to gather direct customer feedback, utilizing this data to refine product features and prioritize development tasks based on user-centric insights

ARE THESE YOUR SECRET INGREDIENTS?

• Supply Chain Acumen: 3+ years of experience in Supply Chain (preferably in Demand/ SC Planning area)
• Good understanding of Supply Chain Planning processes and supporting technologies
• Ability to convert business requirements into features or user stories.
• Skills in building user interfaces and user experiences.
• Ability to manage data health, ensure timely data delivery, fix data issues, and conduct root cause analysis.
• Effective communication with stakeholders and teams
• Desire to understand the business and its processes in depth
• Ensure accuracy in requirements and documentation
• Work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Demonstrate the ability to think strategically to influence product decisions and outcomes
