If you think you have the following qualifications.

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, computer engineering, MIS or other quantitative disciplines (Master’s degree is a plus)
• +3 years of experience in data analytics, transformation, change execution, strategy or other relevant roles that require analytical capabilities
• Critical mindset to question the status-quo, curiosity to explore improvement areas, creativity and structured thinking ability to formulate insights into concrete action items
• Result-driven approach with a can-do mentality
• Skills in clearly communicating complex concepts & ideas, and persuading relevant stakeholders at various levels of the organization
• Affinity and interest in tools and technologies for data analytics, business intelligence and data management (e.g. SQL, SAS, Cognos) is preferred
• Experience in Agile way of working is preferred
• Fluency in verbal and written English and Turkish

If you think you may take charge of the following responsibilities;

• Run, coordinate, monitor and facilitate the implementation of strategically important transformation initiatives in data analytics domain
• Act as an internal consultant in the realm of data analytics with the objective of identifying and formulating improvement opportunities
• Oversee project roadmap of Data Management Group through running periodic progress update sessions, quarterly business review (QBR) cycles, data strategy formulation process, and budget planning activities in coordination with local and global stakeholders
• Support enhancement of data fluency capabilities across organization through delivering pilot use-cases, training programs, publications, and other informative contents
• Continuously monitor and synthesize emerging trends, perspectives and best practices in the field of data analytics, and spread the valuable insights across the organization
• Lead events and activities of ING Turkey's Data and Analytics Community by liaising with internal (local and global) and external stakeholders
