Summary

The Product Analytics Manager Sr- Consumer Card Payments will lead analytics efforts supporting Installment (Buy Now Pay Later) product strategies across origination, acquisition, servicing, and lifecycle management. This role partners closely with Product Managers, Product Owners, Technology, Risk, Marketing, and Operations to deliver data‑driven insights that maximize product value, improve customer experiences, and drive business outcomes.

The role is responsible for defining analytics vision, developing measurement frameworks, leading advanced analysis, and translating complex data into actionable insights that inform roadmap decisions, prioritization, and performance optimization. The Senior Product Analytics Manager will communicate insights clearly and effectively to both technical and executive stakeholders, bridging data, strategy, and execution.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Own the product analytics measurement strategy: define KPIs, metric definitions, instrumentation needs, and ensure consistent governance across card journeys.
  • Write and optimize complex SQL to extract and model data from enterprise sources (e.g., Snowflake/EDW/SQL Server) and validate data quality (reconciliation, anomaly detection, lineage).
  • Build reproducible analytics in SAS (or Python where applicable) for cohort/funnel analyses, segmentation, forecasting, and root-cause investigations; package code for reuse (modules/notebooks).
  • Design and evaluate experiments (A/B, holdouts, incrementality) including power/measurement plans, success criteria, and causal readouts; translate results into product actions.
  • Develop and maintain automated dashboards and reporting (e.g., Tableau/Power BI) with scheduled refreshes, stakeholder-ready views, and clearly documented metrics.
  • Partner with Product and Agile delivery teams to provide pre/post launch performance analysis, quantify impact, and prioritize optimization opportunities based on evidence.
  • Operate an analytics intake-and-delivery workflow: scope requests, assign work, communicate interim findings, and present final recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with data security, access controls, and regulatory expectations when using PCI/consumer data and when sharing outputs with internal/external partners.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science)
  • 5+ years of experience in product analytics, business analytics, data science, or financial services analytics

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting digital or customer‑facing products in an agile environment
  • Strong understanding of card products (Credit, Debit, or other payment products)
  • Demonstrated experience defining KPIs, dashboards, and measurement frameworks for product performance
  • Proven ability to influence product and business decisions through data‑driven insights
  • Strong analytical skills, including statistical analysis and data interpretation
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present insights to executive audiences
  • Strong collaboration skills; effective partner across product, technology, risk, and marketing teams
  • Familiarity with regulatory and compliance considerations within financial services
  • Proficiency with analytics and visualization tools (e.g., SAS, SQL, Python/R, Power BI, Tableau)

Compensation Range:

$77,000 - $154,000 Annual Salary

The compensation range represents the low and high end of the base compensation range for this position. Actual compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. Colleagues in this position are also eligible to participate in an applicable incentive compensation plan. In addition, Huntington provides a variety of benefits to colleagues, including health insurance coverage, wellness program, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plan, paid leave programs, paid holidays and paid time off (PTO).
