Position Summary:

Wealth Management (WM) Platforms manages industry-leading platforms, across all WM channels and client segments, to provide a unified digital experience, unlock growth, and deliver efficiencies for Advisors, Clients, and Institutions. WM Platforms consists of nine sub-teams including: Field Experience & Platforms, Digital Client Experience & Platforms, Workplace Platforms, Automation & Workflow Solutions, Digital Trading & Investing, UX Design & Research, Strategy & Execution. Business Control & Support, and the Chief Operating Office.

This role offers an excellent opportunity for professionals with 3–6 years of experience in wealth management, investment products, or financial technology who want to deepen their exposure to fixed income products, trading platforms, and product lifecycle management.

The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills with a foundational understanding of financial products and technology workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with product, business, and technology teams to analyze and document business requirements for new features, enhancements, and regulatory initiatives.
  • Document user stories, process maps, and data flow diagrams to ensure clarity between business objectives and technical implementation.
  • Participate in platform design discussions, UAT planning, and testing for enhancements related to trading, portfolio management, and reporting.
  • Help monitor platform adoption and usage metrics, and prepare insights or dashboards highlighting key trends.
  • Consolidate and track user and stakeholder feedback to support prioritization of product or platform improvements.
  • Coordinate cross-functional activities between business, operations, technology, legal, risk, and compliance teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Maintain clear, organized documentation for requirements, test cases, and release notes.
  • Support the development of training materials, FAQs, and user guides for internal partners as new functionalities are rolled out.

Must Have:

  • 4–6 years of professional experience in business analysis, product management, or platform support within wealth management, financial services, or fintech.
  • Proven ability to analyze, document, and communicate business and technical requirements in Agile or hybrid delivery models.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact effectively across global business and technology teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • Team player with a collaborative attitude and strong ownership mindset.

Good to have:

  • Working knowledge of financial products — particularly fixed income, equities, and structured products — and how they are traded, booked, and reported in a wealth management environment.
  • Understanding of investment lifecycle processes — trade execution, confirmation, settlement, and reporting.
  • Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, MS Office Suite, and data visualization tools (Excel, Power BI) is a plus.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field required.
