Product and Marketing Manager

At Atlas Copco we’re looking for a Product and Marketing Manager who can turn plans into action, support our teams, and delight our customers. If you enjoy variety, responsibility, and working with people across different teams, this role is made for you.

You will

• Monitor the market and take necessary actions; guide and support sales and operations; support management in the development of business strategy.
• Develop and drive local marketing and product strategies.
• Manage products to ensure sustainable growth through sales analysis, promotion, training, and business support activities.
• Prepare, execute, and follow up on new product launches.
• Support the sales organization in specific value-selling service projects and coordinate with relevant manufacturing partners.
• Define regular promotional activities for each market and track and analyze their results.
• Create new potential customer pipelines and marketing plans via C4C.
• Monitor market pricing of existing and future products.
• Support the sales organization in convincing distributors that our products are the best choice for their business.
• Conduct gap analysis for missing or required materials in key markets for the assigned product group.
• Initiate and coordinate communication projects.
• Analyze and monitor competitors’ strengths and weaknesses.
• Focus on development opportunities, strengthening product awareness, and improving sales efficiency.
• Propose the right product offering in line with market structure and existing distribution networks.
• Work to enhance and support customer satisfaction and support levels.

• Engineering bachelor degree and 5+ years in project management or manufacturing
• Strong organizational skills, technical thinking, and a proactive attitude
• A team-player mindset with good communication skills
• Knowledge and experience in analysis and reporting activities (e.g. pricing, market share, etc.)
• Ability to coach, mentor, and train a team of sales engineers.
• Strong and comprehensive technology and product knowledge.
• Strong communication skills to bridge divisional marketing activities with local actions.
• Solid understanding and analysis of the Turkish compressed air market.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Valid Class B driving license.
