The Role
We are looking for a Money Movement, Banking and Lending Product Area Leader, who will apply their expertise in running high-performing Product organizations in the design, development, and implementation of our money movement, banking and lending capabilities and solutions that will deliver outstanding customer value.
You will build and advance the vision, strategy, and mission within the product domain, ensuring alignment with strategic and organizational goals. In an iterative environment, you will collaborate with Fidelity leaders to set strategic priorities based on customer needs and enable cross-functional squads to implement these priorities. You will support the teams in enhancing value through prioritization, creativity, innovation, collaboration, and decision-making. You will encourage strong product management skills along with tried iterative development and delivery. You will ensure a culture of accountability, innovation, and quality. Committed to continuous learning, you will bring the latest insights to empower your team.

The Team
The Money Movement, Banking and Lending Product Area has end to end accountability for all money movement and banking and lending experiences for Fidelity’s intermediary clients. The vision of the Product Area is to provide digital and intuitive industry-leading capabilities through a firm’s channel-of-choice. By prioritizing end-to end experiences you will deliver fully automated solutions across the IWMS lines of business. The team is committed to empowering investment professionals and their operational support teams with efficient, intuitive, and scalable workflows that drive growth and success. The Product Area is part of the Wealthscape Product and Technology Domain through Fidelity’s Fund and Brokerage Operations Technology (FBOT) organization and works closely with business, operations and technology centers of excellence business partners.

Fidelity’s hybrid working model blends the best of both onsite and offsite work experiences. Having the majority of our associates work onsite is important for our business strategy and our culture. We also value the benefits that working offsite offers associates. Most roles listed as Hybrid will require associates to work onsite all business days of every other week in a Fidelity office.
