Role Overview

We are looking for a Product Associate to join the Ferma Congress product team. This role is central to our efforts in enhancing the platform and experimenting with new features. You will work closely with the product team to test, refine, and improve outputs from different AI models while supporting ongoing product development.

What does your day look like as a Product Associate at Ferma Congress?

• Write and test prompts to improve the accuracy and usefulness of model outputs.

• Translate product requirements into prompt patterns, guardrails, and evaluation checklists.

• Stay updated on new AI models and test which ones fit best for our workflows.

• Support product experiments by trying out new features and sharing feedback.

• Conduct trial-and-error testing and help identify improvements in Ferma Congress.

• Work on refining and enhancing current features in the product.

• Collaborate with the broader product team to ensure product quality and consistency.
