Product Associate

As a Product Associate at myZoi, you will support the execution of product governance activities, data analysis, reporting, and internal enablement. You will play a key role in ensuring product processes run smoothly, compliance requirements are met, and internal teams are equipped with the knowledge and tools they need to deliver customer-centric outcomes.

This is a hands-on and detail-oriented role, ideal for someone early in their product career who wants to build strong foundations in product, governance, and fintech operations while contributing to myZoi s mission of financial inclusion.

Key Responsibilities

1. Product Governance & Controls

  • Coordinate and execute steps from the myZoi product runbook (checklists, controls, workflows).
  • Support controls testing, including evidence gathering and remediation follow-up.
  • Assist with compliance and risk-related evidence submission and maintain proper documentation.
  • Manage queries and track responses to a wide range of information requests from internal stakeholders.

2. Internal Enablement & Training

  • Develop and maintain myZoi product knowledge bases including process maps, product program guides (PPG), FAQs, and runbooks.
  • Support the development and delivery of training sessions for Sales, Operations, and Call Centre teams.
  • Ensure all customer-facing teams remain updated on myZoi product changes and regulatory requirements.

3. Data & Insights

  • Collect, clean, and analyse myZoi product usage and operational data, summarizing findings into actionable insights.
  • Create presentations and reports for monthly business reviews, OKR reporting, leadership, and board meetings.
  • Prepare and deliver periodic internal and external reports, including governance status, audit support, and product updates.
  • Translate insights into prioritized actions for Product Managers and senior leadership.
