Product Associate

We are looking for a highly motivated Product Intern / Associate to join our Healthcare Technology team. This role is ideal for someone who wants to build a career in Product Management within HealthTech and gain hands-on exposure to real-world regulatory systems, SaaS platforms, and cross-functional collaboration.

You will work closely with Product Managers, Engineering, and QA teams to help define features, document requirements, conduct research, and support product execution.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct competitor and market research
• Help track sprint progress and update product trackers
• Participate in product discussions and internal demos
• Document workflows and process diagrams
• Support feature documentation and requirement gathering
• Support testing, validation, and UAT documentation

Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail and documentation accuracy
• Eagerness to learn healthcare and compliance domains
• Good time management and task prioritization
• Data-driven thinking and curiosity

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field)

Nice to Have, Not Required:

• Internship experience in tech or healthcare
• Familiarity with tools like Jira, Notion, Trello, or Excel
• Interest in regulatory systems or health policy
• Basic understanding of SaaS or software development lifecycle (preferred but not mandatory)
