We are looking for a creative and versatile Designer to join our team in San Francisco. This is an on-site position—we value in-person collaboration and the energy of working together in our SF space.

The Role:
We need a hands-on designer who understands that great design drives sales. You will split your time between creating compelling marketing assets, refining our product packaging, and serving as a design consultant to our clients. You will be the bridge between our physical products and our brand presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Marketing Design: Create assets for marketing and promotion materials across digital (social, email) and print (in-store signage, brochures).
• Client Consultations: Lead design consultations with customers in-store, in-home, or virtually to showcase how our products fit their lifestyle.
• Packaging: Contribute to basic packaging design that aligns with our premium brand identity.
• Product Knowledge: Master our product details (materials, care) to inform your design decisions.
• Trend Research: Stay updated on design trends, competitor activity, and the EDC industry.

Who You Are:
You are a designer who is comfortable behind a screen but also enjoys talking to people about design. You are based in or willing to commute to San Francisco daily for this on-site role.

Required Skills:

• Software: Expert in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Marketing: Strong understanding of design for promotional materials.
• Communication: Comfortable leading client consultations (in-person or virtual).
• Detail-Oriented: Focused on accuracy regarding product specs and packaging.
• Trend Awareness: Passion for staying current with design trends.

Preferred (Not Required but a Plus!):

• 1+ year of relevant design experience.
• Cantonese or Mandarin language skills (to connect with a diverse client base).
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and virtual communication tools.

Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour
