Product & Brand Performance Manager-MEA Region

Job Overview


This role is responsible for product marketing, brand performance, and market execution for Dodge & RAM in the Middle East & Africa. Key duties include turning strategy into actionable plans, monitoring brand health, managing product lifecycle positioning, and overseeing GTM, launches, and supply chain visibility. The goal is to drive operational excellence, business growth, and enhance brand experience.


Roles & Responsibilities


Product Marketing & Lifecycle Excellence

• Manage the full product lifecycle for assigned nameplates (serial life).

• Expert of all the products in the Dodge & RAM portfolio.

• Conduct market potential & volume forecasting, competitive benchmarking, and product positioning studies in collaboration with zones.

• Develop product value propositions tailored to MEA markets.

• Develop pricing strategies & bulletins in line with brand positioning and market (Other markets).

• Support pricing strategies in line with brand positioning and market realities (ME).

• Align regional product requirements with global teams to optimize specs, features, and trims.

• Support in initiating IPI (International Product Investigation) process

• Monitoring all US bulletins


Brand Performance Management

• Monitor brand KPIs: retail sales & wholesale performance, share, mix, penetration, brand health, & funnel performance (when available).

• Convert data into strategic insights and clear action plans for markets.

• Support zones performance brand / product information, reports and global brand requests.

• Drive consistency of brand expression in alignment with Dodge & RAM global brand standards.


Car flow / Supply Chain Monitoring

• Track vehicle allocation, production plans, shipments, and regional distribution with MEA & US SCM teams.

• Identify risks in availability, pipeline buildup, and slow-moving inventory.

• Recommend corrective actions with sales operations & supply chain teams (e.g., market reallocation, build spec adjustments).

• Ensure strong product availability to support GTM, launches, and B2C / B2B / B2G demand.


Go-To-Market Readiness

• Lead / support GTM PDCA for serial life products

• Develop integrated GTM frameworks covering product, pricing, channel, comms, and experience.

• Prepare product positioning, launch calendars, product stories, feature scripts, training briefs, and competitive angles.

• Coordinate with marketing, PR, sales, training, aftersales, and distributors.

• Ensure world‑class execution of launches that meet global standards. Middle East & Africa


Special Projects

• Drive cross‑functional initiatives that support the brand’s strategic roadmap.

• Egypt Strategy & Transformation support


Market Support & Engagement

• Provide markets with product-related support, performance reviews, dashboards, and actionable

recommendations.

• Support processes related to model year changes (Pricing & vehicle order guides)

• Order system preparation (STV / VOIM) and support in collaboration with US teams

• Support regional meetings, distributor workshops, and product deep-dive sessions.


Competencies & Qualifications


• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or engineering. An MBA is preferred.

• 4-6+ years in automotive product marketing, product planning, brand management, or commercial performance roles.

• Experience with multi-country / emerging markets (preferably Middle East & Africa).

Language:

Fluent English required (written & spoken).


Specialized Knowledge & Certifications:

• Product marketing frameworks

• US Brands systems (STV / CINON / VOIM) awareness

• Car flow monitoring (SCM collaboration)

• Competitive product pricing & positioning

• Launch planning coordination & project management


Mobility:

• Willingness to travel across Middle East & Africa (~10%).

• ~1-2 times a year to the US (subject to travel conditions).
