Reports To: Head of Product

What you’ll do:

We are looking for a highly organized, motivated, and detail-oriented Junior Product Coordinator to support our Product team across the US and India. This is an ideal opportunity for someone early in their career who is excited about product development, technology, customer experience, and working in a fast-paced startup environment.

In this role, you will work directly with the Head of Product to help coordinate product initiatives, maintain organization across projects, support cross-functional communication, and ensure product priorities continue moving forward efficiently. You will play a key role in helping our teams stay aligned while contributing to the evolution of the Guidesly platform and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Development Support

  • Assist with planning, organizing, and tracking product initiatives and feature development
  • Help gather, organize, and document product requirements and feedback
  • Maintain product documentation, specifications, workflows, and internal roadmaps
  • Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and follow-ups across multiple teams and projects
  • Support sprint planning, task tracking, and product release organization

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Work closely with Product, Tech, Design, Marketing, Customer Success, and Sales teams
  • Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and document notes and action items
  • Track project progress and communicate updates to stakeholders
  • Help identify blockers and escalate issues when needed to keep projects on track

Customer & Market Insights

  • Collect and organize customer feedback and product requests
  • Research competitors, industry trends, and product opportunities
  • Assist with usability testing, surveys, and customer experience initiatives
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and summaries for leadership and internal teams

Product Operations & Reporting

  • Monitor and update product tracking systems, dashboards, and reporting tools
  • Help track bugs, feature requests, enhancements, and development priorities
  • Support data organization and basic product performance reporting
  • Ensure product information remains accurate and updated across internal systems

Administrative & Organizational Support

  • Maintain project management tools such as Jira and similar platforms
  • Organize workflows, product files, and documentation
  • Track deadlines, deliverables, and meeting follow-ups
  • Assist with internal communication and coordination across department

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent professional experience

· 2-4 years of experience in a coordination, operations, administrative, or product support role preferred

· Strong organizational and multitasking skills

· Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

· High attention to detail and ability to stay organized in a fast-moving environment

· Comfortable learning new technology platforms and tools quickly

· Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira

· Basic analytical and problem-solving skills

· Self-starter mentality with a willingness to learn and grow within Product

Pay: $50,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
