DESCRIPTION

Wifi is the foundation of the modern home. Without it, nothing works. eero, an Amazon company, is the first company to deliver a whole home WiFi experience using mesh technology, ensuring there isn’t a home layout or connected device we can’t handle. Fixing connectivity is, however, just the start. We’re working on the building blocks of the smart home by designing our own hardware, enabling it with software, and tying it all together to the cloud. As a Product Data Analyst, you will drive actionable insights for our Product & Engineering organization, influencing the decision-making across the org. You have a passion for understanding customers and drawing insights and hidden patterns from data, and experimenting with AI to explore data. You will collaborate closely with product development teams, ensuring that data insights are seamlessly integrated into our product offerings. The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated individual who seeks to “tell the story” of the data with little direction or supervision, partnering cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Experience.

This is a highly visible role in which you will have an outsized impact. Product Strategy and Analytics is part of the broader Product & Engineering team at eero. This role will report to eero’s Head of Product Strategy and Analytics.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree
• Knowledge of at least one data-focused technology tool, such as Python, SQL, Alteryx, Amazon QuickSight, or similar

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience understanding product and technical requirements and interfacing with Product/Technology teams
• Experience conducting sophisticated and creative analysis of complex data and translate the results into actionable deliverables, messages, and presentations
• Experience solving complex problems quantitatively and develop actionable data-driven business recommendations
• Experience working effectively across cross-functional teams and partnering well with people at all levels within an organization
• Experience with developing machine learning and natural language processing products
• An innovator. You seek to develop a deep understanding of our metrics, reporting tools, and data structures in order to identify and drive resolution of issues, provide actionable intelligence with existing metrics or identify, develop, and propose new metrics, dashboards, scorecards or new tools

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
