Specific Accountabilities

Assess requirements: Build and share knowledge of processes and end-user products; review business requirements from Product Management and estimate validation work.

Design solutions: Prepare feasibility studies and clear documentation for stakeholders; collaborate with teams to ensure compatibility with other applications.

Validate functionality: Support test strategy implementation, review plans, and maintain links between tests and specifications; investigate and prioritize reported issues to ensure system integrity.

Engage stakeholders: Develop strong relationships with Product Management, Project Management, Customer Services, and other teams; communicate effectively during requirements, testing, and implementation phases.

Collaborate in team activities: Join team ceremonies such as Agile forums, meetings, and solution assessments.

Experience in functional analysis and solution design, with good problem-solving skills.

Ability to collaborate effectively and communicate clearly with diverse stakeholders.

Comfortable reviewing requirements, preparing documentation, and supporting validation processes.

Relevant education or equivalent practical experience in software or business analysis.
