Summary of the Role

Join us as a Product Definition Analyst 3 focused on ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM). You’ll collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements, improve processes, and ensure solutions align with best practices. In This Role You’ll

• Gather and analyze customer requirements, maintain a clear backlog, and collaborate with vendors and product teams.

• Review demands against platform capabilities and recommend solutions aligned with ServiceNow best practices.

• Facilitate workshops and user acceptance testing (UAT), preparing and updating test scenarios with stakeholders.

• Share updates on product evolutions and provide guidance on process improvements and platform capabilities.

• Document key processes and ensure effective communication across teams.

About the Ideal Candidate

• Practical experience as a Business Analyst, Product Manager, or Product Owner on the ServiceNow platform.

• Knowledge of SPM applications such as Portfolio and Project Management; familiarity with CWT and EAP is beneficial.

• Understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities and dependencies across products.

• Ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical audiences and collaborate in multicultural teams.

• Experience working in Agile environments with familiarity in Scrum or SAFe frameworks.
