Product Delivery Manager (Contract, Europe)

PRNEWS.IO is a global content marketing platform that connects brands with media outlets worldwide. Headquartered in Northern Europe, we help companies across Europe, the US, and Asia gain media exposure while enabling publishers to monetize their content.

This is a remote position.

Business & Stakeholder Alignment

• Gather requirements from founders, business stakeholders, sales, marketing, and customer success teams.




• Translate business needs into structured product initiatives and actionable tasks.




• Facilitate communication between business and product teams.




• Prioritize tasks under resource constraints, identifying and evaluating initiatives that deliver maximum results with minimal effort.




• Ensure stakeholder expectations are realistic and aligned with delivery timelines.

Product Operations

• Own and maintain the product backlog structure.




• Drive sprint planning, backlog refinement, and prioritization sessions.




• Track product initiatives from idea through release.




• Maintain clear documentation of requirements, decisions, and project status.




• Ensure tasks are properly defined before entering development.

Cross-Functional Coordination

• Coordinate work between Product Managers, Product Designers, and Engineering teams.




• Identify blockers and proactively drive resolution.




• Monitor delivery progress and escalate risks when needed.




• Ensure product requirements are understood and implemented correctly.

Communication & Reporting

• Prepare regular delivery updates for leadership.




• Maintain visibility into roadmap progress.




• Document meeting outcomes, decisions, and action items.




• Performance Review.




• Create and maintain operational processes that improve team efficiency.

Requirements

• Strong experience working with product, design, and engineering teams.
  
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  
• Ability to translate business goals into structured execution plans.
  
• Experience with Agile environments and sprint-based delivery.
  
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  
• AI-fluency and being able to enhance processes with LLMs capabilities
  
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
  

• Experience in SaaS products.
  
• Experience working with remote and distributed teams.
  
• Experience with media, PR, martech, adtech, or marketplace products.
  
• Familiarity with product analytics and experimentation processes.
