Job Description (JD)
The Product Demo & Onboarding Executive is responsible for delivering product demos, supporting conversions, and ensuring smooth onboarding for new customers using our CRM for accountants.
- Deliver live product demos to UK accounting firms (online meetings)
- Tailor demos based on firm size and specific requirements
- Follow up prospects post-demo and support conversion to paid customers
- Onboard new customers and guide them through first-time setup
- Assist with basic configuration, workflows, and initial usage
- Ensure customers achieve value within the first 30 days
- Collect customer feedback and share insights with product and growth teams
- Maintain accurate demo, onboarding, and follow-up records in the CRM
Candidate Requirements
- 1–2 years’ experience in SaaS demos, onboarding, customer success, or sales support
- Strong verbal and written communication skills (professional English)
- Confident presenting software to clients
- Organized, detail-oriented, and customer-focused
- Comfortable using CRM systems and online meeting tools
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
Ideal if Candidate has this:
- Exposure to accounting, bookkeeping, or professional services
- Experience working with overseas / UK clients
- SaaS or startup experience
