PRODUCT DESIGN COORDINATOR

Location: Kissimmee, Florida

Compensation Range: $22 - 27 per hour

We are seeking a highly organized and creatively-minded Product Design Coordinator to join our Product Team. In this role, you will act as a vital bridge between design and execution, ensuring that world-class brands are represented with excellence across various product lines.

This is the perfect role for a junior professional who possesses a background in design (Graphic, Toy, or Industrial) but thrives on the tactical organization, project management, and high-level presentation support required to bring products to life.

Responsibilities:

• System & Data Management: Process product and packaging approvals through internal online systems and maintain accurate data within the Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) database.
• Project Tracking: Create and manage robust tracking tools to provide real-time status updates on physical product samples and milestone approvals.
• Executive Presentation Support: Build, update, and refine high-impact product decks for line reviews and executive-level meetings using Keynote, PowerPoint, and the Adobe Creative Suite.
• Design Team Logistics: Provide tactical assistance to Product Designers, including maintaining showrooms, preparing physical samples for review, and documenting design changes.
• Collaborative Logistics: Participate in team meetings to guide stakeholders on timeline deliverables, ensuring all milestones are met in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 1-3 years of professional experience in a design, product development, or creative coordinator role.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Industrial Design, Toy Design, or a related creative field is preferred.
• Technical Savvy: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and Apple Keynote; strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Design Eye: Strong graphic and layout skills with an understanding of composition, color, and aesthetic balance.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills with the ability to influence and negotiate timelines effectively across cross-functional teams.
