Product Design Manager

Immensa is the category leader in digital inventory solutions for the energy sector, enabling clients such as ADNOC, Aramco, and others to replace physical spare-part warehouses with fully digital, on-demand production ecosystems. The company operates at the intersection of advanced manufacturing, digital transformation, and industrial SaaS, and is scaling globally with operations across the UAE, KSA, United States, Europe and North Africa.

Role Objective:

This position is responsible for leading the Immensa360 platform, the company’s core digital operating system that powers digitization, storage, and distributed manufacturing of industrial parts. The goal is to translate complex industrial workflows into intuitive, scalable B2B digital experiences that connect global energy operators with Immensa’s distributed manufacturing network.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Has 5 - 8 years of experience in product management or design leadership, ideally in B2B SaaS, industrial tech, supply chain, or digital platform ecosystems.
• Deep understanding of end-to-end product lifecycle management, from strategy and feature definition to launch and iteration.
• Ability to collaborate with engineering, operations, and business development to deliver a unified platform experience.
• Background in platform architecture is desirable.
• Excels in translating complex technical or engineering processes into clear, usable digital workflows.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, proactive, adaptive, and able to lead through ambiguity and rapid growth.
• Motivated by industry transformation, not incremental improvement.
