About the Role

We're seeking a seasoned Product/UI/UX Designer to drive design excellence across our digital ecosystem. This role demands a strategic designer who can translate complex business requirements into intuitive, conversion-optimized user experiences while maintaining design system consistency at scale.

Core Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design thinking processes from discovery to delivery
• Create high-fidelity prototypes, wireframes, and interactive mockups using industry-leading tools
• Execute comprehensive user research including behavioral analysis, journey mapping, and usability testing
• Collaborate with engineering teams on design handoffs and implementation quality assurance
• Partner strategically with product and business teams to align design solutions with technical constraints and business objectives
• Build and maintain scalable design systems with component libraries and design tokens

Essential Skills & Expertise

• Expert proficiency in Figma with advanced prototyping, component systems, and collaborative workflows
• 5+ years applying design thinking methodologies, persona development, and user journey optimization
• Deep understanding of WCAG 2.1 guidelines and inclusive design principles
• Expertise in responsive design, progressive enhancement, and mobile UX best practices
• Passion for staying current with design trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS/JavaScript to facilitate developer collaboration

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product design roles in high-growth startups or established tech companies
• Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design case studies with measurable business impact
• Optional Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Interaction Design, or related field.
• Background in SaaS, fintech, e-commerce, or consumer-facing digital products
