Product Designer
The Role
Your role as a UI Designer will be to contribute to the team’s User Interface work. You will participate in global product design projects, throughout the entire product development life cycle. This is a role open to designers that have 5 years or more of professional experience.
What You’ll Do

Participate in the entire design process of your products, from problem discovery to solution space, and drive low to moderate-complexity projects with the collaboration of the rest of the team.

Create cross-device interaction and UI designs and design specifications for desktop, tablet and mobile.

Create realistic flows, prototypes and product concepts with Figma.

Keep a systemic view, making sure that the UI components and screens designed fit perfectly both in specific products and in our Design System.

Help to grow and maintain our Design System along with the rest of the team.

Liaise with developers and product managers to deliver our products maintaining our high-quality standards.

Participate in user research activities to get a deep understanding of our customers and their needs.

Contribute to the definition of Solera’s UX methodologies, liaising with the rest of the team.

This role may from time to time require some overlap with US and European working hours.
What You’ll Bring

5 or more years of experience as a Product Designer.

Demonstrable expertise with at least one AI assisted design tool like Figma Make, v0, Subframe, etc.

Solid mobile app expertise will make you stand out.

Digital portfolio that must demonstrate a high level of proficiency in how you work and what you have accomplished.

Excellent communication and presentation skills using English

Ability to work within the boundaries of the established Design system, but also able to define the UI design of a component/element from scratch, with the support of the rest of the team.

Good collaboration and communication skills to liaise with other teams, and to explain your process and your design decisions. As a product designer you’ll need to work with many different stakeholders: business, product, developers…

Comfortable working with multiple ongoing projects.
