Product Designer

Role Overview

We’re hiring a Senior Product Designer to own and elevate the design of our products. You’ll be responsible for creating intuitive, visually clean, and user-focused designs for our websites, web apps, and mobile solutions. You’ll work closely with product managers and developers to turn complex requirements into simple, usable experiences and set a high standard for .design across the company.

KPI’s:

• Lead the full design process from research and wireframing to high-fidelity mockups and developer handoff.
• Create and maintain Rissox’s design system for consistent use across all products.
• Conduct user research, gather insights, and apply data to improve UX.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
• Present and explain design solutions to stakeholders.
• Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

• 4+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer, preferably in product-based or SaaS companies.
• Strong portfolio showcasing clean UI work and thoughtful UX processes.
• Proficiency in Figma (our main design tool), along with knowledge of prototyping and collaboration tools.
• Solid understanding of UX principles, responsive design, and accessibility standards.
• Experience with design systems and component-based thinking.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Nice-to-Have

• Experience working on fintech or enterprise software.
• Basic understanding of front-end development (HTML, CSS) for smoother collaboration with developers.
