Product Designer

We’re looking for a passionate Product Designer to join our growing design team. You’ll collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to create intuitive, user-centered digital experiences that delight our users and support business goals. You’ll be involved in all stages of the design process — from discovery and ideation to prototyping and delivery — with guidance and collaboration from senior designers.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define user needs and translate them into clear, actionable design solutions.
• Support and conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to inform design iterations.
• Create wireframes, user flows, low- to high-fidelity prototypes, and polished UI designs for web and mobile products.
• Maintain design consistency through use of design systems, component libraries, and shared visual standards.
• Translate complex problems into simple, engaging, and accessible user experiences.
• Work closely with developers to ensure smooth handoff and high-quality implementation of designs.
• Iterate on designs based on data, feedback, and evolving user needs.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Design, HCI, Interaction Design, or a related field — or equivalent practical experience.
• 2+ years of professional experience as a Product Designer, UI/UX Designer, or similar role.
• Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design process — from user research and concepting to final visual design and delivery.
• Proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools (e.g. Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
• Understanding of UX principles, responsive design, accessibility, and usability best practices.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills within cross-functional teams.
• Experience working in agile or lean development environments.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $81,042.71 - $118,438.53 per year
