Product Designer

About the Role

We’re looking for a Junior Product Designer to join our design team and help craft simple, delightful, and effective user experiences. You’ll collaborate with product managers, engineers, to bring ideas to life.

This role is perfect for someone who’s excited to learn and grow in a fast-paced fintech environment.

Main Responsibilities:

• Execute and iterate on designs across discovery and delivery, collaborating with product and engineering to turn user insights into intuitive, user-centered solutions.
• Contribute to user research by helping plan, conduct, and summarize findings from interviews, surveys, and usability tests.
• Design and refine wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to ensure intuitive, goal-aligned solutions.
• Participate in design reviews , incorporating feedback to improve and polish designs.
• Maintain the design system , ensuring visual consistency and accessibility.
• Document design decisions and guidelines , making it easy for teams to understand and implement.
• Stay up to date with fintech and UX/UI trends , bringing fresh, innovative ideas to the team.

Job Requirement:

• 1–2 years of experience in product, UX, or UI design.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating visual design and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Figma (and willingness to learn other tools as needed).
• Understanding responsive design and accessibility fundamentals.
• Collaborative attitude and eagerness to learn from feedback.
