Role Overview
As a Product Designer, you will contribute to building intuitive, engaging experiences within Capillary’s platform suite Loyalty+, CDP+, Engage+, Insights+, and Rewards+. You'll work closely with senior designers and cross-functional teams to craft experiences that delight enterprise users while embodying our AI-first ethos.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in designing wireframes, user flows, and polished UI mockups for AI-powered loyalty features.
- Support usability testing and gather feedback from real-world enterprise users.
- Preserve design system standards and brand consistency across Capillary’s product modules.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and data scientists to align design with user needs and technical constraints.
- Stay curious, learn and apply emerging trends in AI, loyalty, and UX.
What You Bring
- 1–3 years of Product or UX/UI design experience, preferably in SaaS or enterprise tools.
- Strong visual design sensibility and attention to detail showcased in your portfolio.
- Deep expertise in Figma (or equivalent), prototyping.
- Understanding of user-centered design principles.
- Eagerness to learn, iterate, and contribute to the global loyalty-tech stage.
Job Requirement
Core Design Skills
- Strong foundation in UI/UX design principles and user-centered thinking.
- Ability to create wireframes, user flows, and low- to mid-fidelity prototypes.
- Proficiency in Figma (preferred), or similar tools like Sketch, Adobe XD, or FigJam.
- Basic understanding of design systems and how to maintain visual consistency.
Research & Collaboration
- Ability to conduct quick user interviews or usability tests under guidance.
- Comfortable collaborating with product managers, engineers, and QA teams.
- Strong communication skills for articulating design ideas and feedback.
