Product Designer

About the Role

We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented Product Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing intuitive, user-friendly products and delivering high-quality design solutions from concept to final execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct user research, gather insights, and identify design opportunities.
• Translate requirements into wireframes, prototypes, and final UI designs.
• Create visually appealing, functional design concepts for digital/physical products.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional teams.
• Develop and maintain design systems, guidelines, and documentation.
• Test prototypes and iterate designs based on user feedback.
• Ensure consistent brand identity across all product touchpoints.
• Stay updated with design trends, tools, and best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, UI/UX, or related fields.
• Proven experience as a Product Designer or similar role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design, UI/UX skills, and problem-solving.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.
• Understanding of user experience principles, interaction design, and usability.
• Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and production-ready assets.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of design systems and component libraries.
• Experience with frontend basics (HTML/CSS) is a plus.
• Motion graphics or 3D design knowledge is an advantage.
• Experience working in agile product environments.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹32,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
