As we continue shaping the future of Investment Technologies, we are looking for a Product Designer who will play a key role in crafting intuitive, elegant, and consistent digital interfaces across our platforms.

This role will work in close collaboration with product, technology, and business teams, contributing to the entire design lifecycle — from concept to delivery.

Your Role as a Product Designer

• Design user interfaces aligned with defined product functions and business requirements.
• Create web and mobile experiences that follow platform standards and usability best practices.
• Prepare wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes when needed to communicate design ideas clearly.
• Develop, maintain, and evolve design systems and style guides to ensure visual and functional consistency.
• Present design concepts and solutions to internal teams and stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and QA teams throughout the development lifecycle.
• Continuously improve design processes, workflows, and user experience quality.
• Ensure compliance with company information security policies, internal procedures, and data privacy principles.

What We Expect from You

• Minimum 2 years of experience in web and/or mobile application design.
• Strong knowledge of UI/UX principles, typography, color theory, and current design trends.
• Hands-on experience with modern design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite or similar.
• A solid portfolio demonstrating user-centered design thinking and visual skills.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies and digital product environments is a plus.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication Design, Fine Arts, or a related field — or equivalent professional experience.
• Proficiency in English sufficient for research and professional communication.
