About The Role
At Octane, Product Design is at the heart of creating intuitive, engaging, and user-centered experiences. As a Product Designer, you will play a key role in shaping how our users interact with our products, ensuring every touchpoint is both functional and delightful.
This role is designed for individuals who are creative, detail-oriented, and passionate about solving user problems through design. You will work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and other stakeholders to turn ideas into elegant, user-friendly solutions. By combining user insights, design thinking, and data, you will directly contribute to improving product experience and usability.
What You'll Be Doing

Design intuitive and visually compelling user interfaces for web and mobile products

Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs

Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams

Translate product requirements into thoughtful design solutions

Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions

Continuously iterate on designs based on user feedback and data insights

Maintain and contribute to design systems and style guides

Ensure consistency and quality across all product experiences

Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and best practices

What We're Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field

3–5 years of experience in Product Design, UX/UI Design, or a similar role

Strong portfolio showcasing design thinking and problem-solving skills

Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar)

Solid understanding of UX principles and interaction design
-
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
-
Strong attention to detail and visual design skills

Basic understanding of front-end constraints (HTML/CSS is a plus)
-
Experience with usability testing and user research methods

Creative, user-focused, and able to iterate quickly based on feedback
