About the Role

We are looking for a Product Designer with hands-on experience developing hardware products. In this role, you'll take ideas from early sketches through to functional, manufacturable designs, working closely with our engineering and product teams. Your designs will go into real devices used by real people, so we want someone who cares about both how a product works and how it feels to use.

What You'll Do

• Design hardware products from concept through to production-ready models
• Develop 2D drawings and 3D models using Fusion 360 and AutoCAD
• Apply design thinking to solve real usability and accessibility challenges
• Collaborate with engineers and product teams to refine and validate designs
• Iterate quickly based on feedback, testing, and prototyping
• Contribute ideas in a fast-paced, agile development environment

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
• 4 years of relevant work experience
• Prior experience in hardware or physical product development
• Demonstrable skill in design thinking and problem-solving
• Strong 2D and 3D visualization skills
• Proficiency in Fusion 360 and AutoCAD
• Willingness to learn and grow with the team
