Job Title: Product Designer Associate

The Role

We're looking for a Product Designer with 1-2 years of hands-on experience to join our design team. You'll work closely with product managers, developers, and other designers to solve real user problems through research-driven design, prototyping, and iteration.

What You’ll Do

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (PMs, engineers, researchers) to understand product goals and user needs

• 
  Translate insights into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals

• 
  Design and refine UI components and contribute to the design system we use

• 
  Participate in user research and usability testing to validate design decisions

• 
  Iterate on feedback from stakeholders and users in a fast-paced, agile environment

• 
  Ensure consistency and quality across platforms (web, desktop, iOS, Android)

• 
  Support developers during handoff with specs, design assets, and QA

What We’re Looking For

• 1-2 years of experience as a Product Designer, UX/UI Designer, or similar role

• 
  A portfolio demonstrating process and outcomes across web or mobile product design

• 
  Strong understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and accessibility

• 
  Proficiency in modern design tools such as Figma (preferred), Adobe CC

• 
  Familiarity with prototyping tools (Figma, Protopie, Framer, or similar)

• 
  Basic understanding of HTML/CSS or how designs translate to code (a plus)

• 
  Familiarity with design systems and component libraries

• 
  Strong communication and collaboration skills

• 
  Curiosity, humility, and a user-first mindset

Nice to Have

• Experience working in agile teams or with design sprints

• 
  Exposure to user research, analytics tools (e.g. Hotjar, Mixpanel), or accessibility testing

• 
  Motion/interaction design skills (e.g. using After Effects, Lottie)
