PRODUCT DESIGNER (FEMALE)

Key Responsibilities1. Product Design & Development

• Design new bag collections including sports bags, travel bags, backpacks, gym bags, and fashion bags.
• Develop creative concepts based on market trends and customer briefs.
• Prepare design sketches, mood boards, and technical drawings.
• Create product specifications including materials, trims, dimensions, and construction details.
• Ensure designs are production-friendly and cost-effective.

2. Market & Trend Research

• Research international fashion and sports bag trends.
• Analyze competitor products and customer requirements.
• Suggest new materials, colors, and innovative features.
• Develop seasonal collections.

3. Sampling & Prototyping

• Coordinate with sampling department for prototype development.
• Follow up on sample execution and modifications.
• Conduct sample evaluations and recommend improvements.
• Ensure timelines for sample completion are met.

4. Coordination & Communication

• Liaise with merchandising, production, and sourcing teams.
• Support sales team in product presentations and client meetings.
• Communicate clearly with pattern masters and sample makers.
• Assist customers in product customization.

5. Documentation

• Maintain design records and product development files.
• Prepare tech packs and product sheets.
• Ensure version control of designs and revisions.
