About The Role:

• We are seeking a talented Product Designer to support dynamic teams in Menlo Park, California.
• The role offers the chance to collaborate with cross-functional partners to deliver innovative user experiences for company’s products.

Job Title : Product Designer IV

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and researchers to define and implement user-centric design solutions.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs for web and mobile applications.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
• Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders and incorporate feedback.
• Ensure designs are consistent with company’s brand guidelines and accessibility standards.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Design or a related field required
• 8+ years of proven experience as a Product Designer or similar role in a technology-driven environment.
• AI related project experience required.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or similar.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design, interaction design, and visual design skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Design or a related field preferred

Location: Menlo Park, CA [Onsite]

Salary Range: The salary for this position is between $166,400 – $218,400 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
