About the Role:

• We are seeking highly experienced Product Designer, and this role is crucial in collaborating with Feed designers and partners to advance the company vision, focusing on next-generation personalization, pathing, and simplification of the company Feed.
• Our challenge is to supercharge Feed for users worldwide, helping them discover new passions, stay informed with the world, and engage with the content that matters most.
• If you get energized solving hard problems, have a knack at thinking about ways to create solutions that can scale across complex use cases and love to push the boundaries of what’s possible this role is perfect for you.

Job Title : Product Designer V

Key Responsibilities:

• Take broad, conceptual ideas and turn them into something useful and valuable
• Design flows and experiences that are incredibly simple and elegant
• Contribute to high-level strategic decisions with the rest of the product and executive teams
• Give and solicit feedback from other designers in order to continually raise our bar for quality
• Partner with Product Managers, engineers, researchers and content strategists to oversee the user experience of a product from conception until launch

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, design or a related field required.
• Experience in designing navigation or pathing experiences for mobile platforms.
• 10+ years of professional experience.
• Advanced Prototyping expertise.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in computer science, design or a related field
• FAANG or Big Tech background preferred
• Adaptability and comfort with rapid change is preferred
• Experience designing for social apps is a plus

Location: Remote [USA]

Salary Range: The salary for this position is between $166,400 – $214,240 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
