Product Designer: Web & Mobile Applications

Job Description:
We are looking for a highly skilled Product Designer with 4–5 years of experience in designing web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate combines creativity, usability expertise, and strategic thinking to craft seamless user experiences across multiple platforms. You will play a key role in translating product ideas into intuitive, visually compelling, and functionally sound digital interfaces. This position involves collaboration with developers, product managers, and business stakeholders to ensure design excellence at every stage of the product lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

Design visually striking and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications.

Develop wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and final high-fidelity UI designs using modern design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.

Build and maintain design systems and component libraries that ensure brand and visual consistency.

Translate complex product requirements into simple, elegant, and usable design solutions.

Conduct user research, journey mapping, and usability testing to guide design decisions.

Create personas, storyboards, and experience maps to represent user needs and behaviors.

Ensure that designs prioritize clarity, usability, and accessibility for a global audience.

Continuously refine product experiences based on feedback and data insights.

Work closely with frontend developers to ensure seamless design implementation and responsiveness.

Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to align design goals with business objectives.

Provide detailed design documentation, specifications, and style guides for development teams.

Participate actively in design reviews, sprint meetings, and brainstorming sessions.

Required Skills & Qualifications
4–5 years of professional experience as a Product Designer or UI/UX Designer focused on web and mobile applications.

Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts (BFA), Product Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.

Mastery of design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or Illustrator.

Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and responsive layouts.

Strong sense of typography, color theory, layout, and design hierarchy.

Ability to work independently while collaborating in a fast-paced, agile environment.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to present and defend design choices effectively.

Experience with creating web UI (HTML and CSS) is a huge plus.

Must have hands-on experience of working on Software Products, not just the marketing websites or apps.
