Job Summary

Harison Chocolates is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Product Development and Supply Chain Executive to support the complete product lifecycle, from concept and sourcing to production and delivery. This role involves close coordination with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure timely development, cost efficiency, and high-quality standards within an FMCG environment.

Key Responsibilities

Product Development

• Product research, ingredient and packaging selection, costing, and sampling
• Track product development timelines and ensure milestones are achieved
• Maintain product specifications, documentation, and regulatory compliance records

Supply Chain and Operations

• Communicate with suppliers regarding purchase orders, production schedules, and follow-ups
• Monitor inventory levels and support demand planning activities
• Ensure timely procurement and delivery of raw materials and finished goods
• Identify opportunities to improve supply chain efficiency and reduce operational costs
• Support quality control processes and address supply-related issues

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Food Technology, or a related field
• 5 years of experience in product development, sourcing, or supply chain operations
• FMCG experience is strongly preferred, especially in food or confectionery
• Strong coordination, communication, and organizational skills
• Understanding of procurement, logistics, and vendor management
• Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems is preferred
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with food manufacturers or ingredient suppliers
• Knowledge of food manufacturing processes and quality standards
• Familiarity with forecasting, inventory planning, and product costing
• Ability to work cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders
