We are looking for experianced people to manage our Product development responsibilities in daily business activities in our textile labels & accessories sector. We are a global company with our offices and factories around the world and we produce for many famous brands. So we need dedicated, organised persons with a good language and communication skills. Our daily business activities includes:
- Handling product development with oversea office from artwork review to sample development/approval
- Daily follow up and correspondence to overseas office and suppliers
- Monitoring the development process to ensure projects to run smoothly on schedule, multi source and price comparisonwith suppliers
- Work independently from development and lab test submission with approved suppliers
- Communicate closely with overseas colleagues and vendor for product development projects and problem solving
- Develop all samples compliant with customer’s testing and/or Nilorn CSR requirements
- Approved sample sign by Client/Sales team, confirm the sign contract and client register before set up in the system
- Coordinate with Customer Services Team for the 1 st production run, solve the claim on quality issue from clientQuality
- Ensure the QC team for the inspection of our production
- Travel to Suppliers for sample/production inspection and quality issue if needNewdesign•Support our oversea designer for development on the new design collection book•Support the Material Team on new product development for the sustainability and environmentalCompliance
- Support the CSR Team to ensure our supplier can compliance the regulation
- Together with the Group purchase and CSR managers assure that the supply chain meets Nilorn’s demands of quality, price, delivery time . Good knowledge and ability to source all kinds of Textile Accessories such as woven labels / printed care labels / paper tags / special packaging products / leather / metail items / plastic items and all related to Textile garment accessories ...
