MTO- Production Development

Job Description:

The MTO Production Development will support the production and product development team in sample development, process improvement, and coordination between merchandising, production, and quality departments. This role is suitable for fresh graduates who want to learn garment construction, production processes, and development from sampling to bulk production.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in sample development activities including proto, fit, and pre-production samples.
• Coordinate with merchandising, sampling, and production teams for development follow-ups.
• Support in analyzing production feasibility, SMV, and basic process flow.
• Help in monitoring pilot runs and pre-production activities.
• Assist in identifying production issues and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain development records, sample status sheets, and production data.
• Ensure development activities meet quality, cost, and timeline requirements.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Textile, Garment Manufacturing, Fashion Technology, or related field.

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply (internship experience is a plus).

Basic knowledge of garment construction, stitching, and production processes.

Understanding of sampling, development cycles, and production workflow.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Basic computer skills (MS Excel, Word, Email).

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs45,000.00 per month
