Job Purpose
Collaborate with the direct manager to define the overall product strategy for Ajeer products and translate it into actionable product roadmaps and delivery plans, ensuring alignment with Ajeer's objectives and sustainable operational growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to the development of product strategy and oversee the execution of Ajeer product initiatives, including establishing frameworks, policies, procedures, and templates to ensure consistency, scalability, and enhanced customer experience.
- Develop and present product business cases, including expected impact, value contribution, and alignment with government market transformation goals, to secure stakeholder buy-in and ensure continuous engagement.
- Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, including opportunity identification, product ideation, requirement definition, design, validation, and launch, ensuring delivery of high-impact products aligned with Ajeer and Takamol strategies.
- Oversee the day-to-day execution of product initiatives, ensuring effective planning, resource allocation, performance tracking, and timely delivery, while driving corrective actions where necessary.
- Manage vendor relationships and oversee product development partnerships, ensuring external services are delivered efficiently and in compliance with Ajeer and Takamol standards.
- Support the evaluation and validation of feasibility studies, including financial and non-financial KPIs, as well as resource planning, to ensure strong business cases and sustainable impact.
- Perform any additional responsibilities as directed by the Senior Director, Ajeer.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Postgraduate degree is preferred.
Experience
- Minimum of 12 years of experience in Business Development, Product Development, Marketing, or a related field.
