Product Development Officer (Woven Garments)

The Product Development Officer is responsible for overseeing the development of woven garments from concept to development samples This includes working as a designers, sourcing materials, and collaborating with sampling teams to ensure quality and timely delivery of season wise product development . The role involves ensuring designs are manufacturable, managing costs, and maintaining alignment with brand standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Find new trendy /fashion designs for woven garments and illustrating them comprehensively for style selection .
• Be able to edit as a graphic designing and photo shop to make look books and collections seasons .
• Source and select appropriate fabrics and materials for woven garments.
• Prepare and review technical specifications and oversee sample development.
• Conduct fit sessions and ensure garments meet quality standards.
• Work with the costing team to ensure products are within budget.
• Coordinate with production teams for a smooth handover of specifications.
• Stay updated on market trends and ensure products align with brand needs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Textile Technology, or related field.
• 3 years of experience in woven garment product development.
• Strong knowledge of garment construction, fabrics, and manufacturing processes.
• Excellent project management and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• photoshop + designing skill is must.

Pay: From Rs80,000.00 per month
