Product Development & R&D Executive

The candidate will be responsible for

• handling sample developments, technical coordination, material follow-ups, and execution alignment between departments to ensure timely and accurate product development.
• Handle sample development process from tech pack to final execution Coordinate with Design, Production, Procurement, QC, and CRM departments.
• Follow up on materials, artworks, printing, and sample timelines.
• Maintain development tracking and reporting systems Review product specifications, measurements, and customer requirements.
• Ensure timely sample dispatches and revision
• handling Support product improvements and collection developments.

Maintain structured reporting and departmental coordination Requirement.

Experience in sporting goods, gloves, bags, apparel, or product development preferred.

Strong coordination and follow-up skills

Basic technical understanding of products/materials .

Ability to manage timelines and reporting

Good communication and Microsoft Excel knowledge
