We are looking for ambitious Business Development Executives to help expand our seller network and fulfillment partner ecosystem across Pakistan.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and onboard new sellers to the BigZone marketplace.
• Promote and sell Professional Store Setup packages.
• Conduct meetings and presentations with business owners and retailers.
• Build strong relationships with merchants and business communities.
• Support sellers in launching and growing their online stores.
• Identify and onboard fulfillment partners within assigned territories.
• Generate leads through field visits, networking, referrals, and business outreach.
• Achieve monthly sales and onboarding targets.
• Submit daily and weekly activity reports.

Monthly Targets

• 30 New Seller Registrations
• 20 Professional Store Setup Sales
• 1,000+ Product Listings
• 1 Fulfillment Partner Onboarding (until city coverage is completed)

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2+ years experience in sales, business development, banking, FMCG, telecom, real estate, e-commerce, or related sectors.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to conduct field sales and business meetings.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset.
• Own transport will be an advantage.

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary:
PKR 75,000 – 100,000

Commission:

• PKR 1,000 per Professional Store Setup Sale
• PKR 10,000 per Approved Fulfillment Partner

Performance Bonus:

• PKR 10,000 for achieving monthly targets
• Additional incentives for top performers
