Business Development Executive - Medical

Position: Business Development Executive

Location: Karachi

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or related field.

Experience: 2–5 years of experience in business development, preferably in healthcare or hospital industry.

Responsibilities:

- Identify and develop new business opportunities for the hospital.

- Increase patient referrals through relationship-building with consultants, clinics, and healthcare partners.

- Develop and execute marketing and outreach strategies to enhance hospital visibility and revenue growth.

- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with:General practitioners and referring doctors,Corporate organizations,Insurance companies / TPAs,NGOs and community healthcare partners

- Organize meetings, presentations, and hospital visits for stakeholders.

- Coordinate health camps, awareness programs, seminars, and promotional events.

- Support digital and offline marketing initiatives to strengthen brand awareness.

- Collaborate with internal departments to promote specialized healthcare services.

- Prepare regular business development reports and growth forecasts.

- Track conversion rates, referral volumes, and partnership outcomes.

- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and business leads.
